- LEAD SALT STAFF
- Create a healthy staff culture that identifies with Mercy Hill Church and is a feeder for staff positions within the church.
- LEAD THE STUDENT LEADERSHIP
- Lead the weekly student leadership ministry by equipping leaders for a lifetime of mission and discipleship
- Mobilize student leaders to reach their campus
- Equip students to lead a campus group
- Instil healthy life rhythms with college students and help them engage with Mercy Hill Church
- Recruit and care for Coaches who care for student leaders
- LEAD OUTREACH TO THE CAMPUS
- Lead our midweek Salt gathering by overseeing logistics of the event and Teaching from the Bible regularly at Salt Company
- Oversee outreach plan to Freshmen during Reach Week
- Oversee outreach to college students weekly
- SEND STUDENTS GLOBALLY CATALYZE:
- Organize and send out students on summer missions with our global partners.
- CONTRIBUTE:
- Help mobilize students to participate in the ministry of the church outside of Salt
- Be willing to contribute to the needs of the ministry of Mercy Hill
- Contribute to the teaching of Mercy Hill church as needed
- Support raise for the college ministry
Ultimately you are responsible for creating and leading a transformational college ministry that reaches the campus of UC and UX by developing student leaders that make disciples.
