Prepare and deliver Scripturally sound sermons on Sunday morning and evening.
Provide pastoral care and counselling to church members in times of need.
Lead and coordinate worship services, working closely with the music director and worship team.
Collaborate with the elders and others in church leadership to ensure the smooth operation of church ministries.
Hillsdale Bible Church was established 130 years ago in a small farming community in north-central Oklahoma. We are a vibrant multi-generational church with a lively children's ministry and an outstanding youth ministry. Across the street from us is Hillsdale
Christian School, a fast-growing Pre-K through 12 school with an enrollment of approximately 175 students. It is the only Pre-K through 12 school in this part of the state. Our church has tremendous opportunities for growth and for ministry to the families
of HCS. We also have a dynamic missions program that reaches around the world.
HBC believes and teaches that the Bible is the inspired, inerrant Word of God. We base everything we do upon the truth of Scripture. We believe that Man was originally created in the image of God, and that he fell through sin, and, as a consequence of his
sin, incurred both physical and spiritual death, which separated him from God and brought the need of salvation. Jesus Christ is the eternal Son of God. He was born of a virgin, became a man, and without ceasing to be God, accomplished our redemption through
His sacrificial death on the cross. He rose from the dead on the third day and ascended into Heaven.
We are looking for a man who is firmly committed to the Lord Jesus Christ and bringing glory to His name. We desire a pastor who is grounded in the Word of God and preaches and teaches unashamedly from it. We desire a pastor who loves people and wants to
see them come to a saving knowledge of Him and grow in their relationship with Him.
